Programmable spectral shaping demonstrated at the solar spectral irradiance distribution

چکیده
Highly accurate short-circuit current measurements of photovoltaic devices require spectrally adjustable radiation sources. This paper presents an optical setup, which is able to generate and adjust the spectral irradiance in wavelength range from 355 nm 1200 with resolution 7 15 nm. A grating light valve (GLV) used as a shaping tool. We prove highly resolved capability by matching generated AM1.5g reference solar distribution, slightly smoothed consider limited bandwidth spectrometer. Remaining deviations are mostly lower than measurement noise 0.5 % 3 %.
